Herman Szeto D.C. is a senior practitioner with 22 years of chiropractic experience.

He grew up in Canada and studied science at the University of Alberta. His chiropractic studies were completed at Life Chiropractic College West in California, where he graduated with honors and received a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

He is a member of the Hong Kong Chiropractor’s Association and is registered in Hong Kong (China) as a Doctor of Chiropractic. He is fluent in English and Cantonese, and also has good understanding of Chinese.

Previously in Hong Kong, he established practices in the Central district and Discovery Bay. Since January 2013, he has been offering chiropractic consultations and treatments at Body & Soul – Medical Clinics in Shanghai.

A variety of treatments including soft tissue manipulation, joint manipulation, and postural restructuring are used for relieving back pain and improving posture. Gait analysis is used to identify posture or movement related problems in patients with injuries. To complement his work in posture correction, he offers custom made orthotics imported from Hong Kong.
